The weekly menu goes live Tuesdays and closes at 12pm Thursdays.

Mondays, between 6:15-7:15pm at 1050 Old Portland Road. Park in the parking lot or out front, and I’ll bring the meals to you. Meals must be picked up during this designated time. After 7:15pm, the meals will be forfeited, as the meals have already been prepared for you and I cannot store, transfer, or be responsible to get the meals to you at a later date.

All meals are Whole30 compliant, unless stated, which means they are free of gluten, grains, dairy, and legumes which includes peanuts, soy and beans, and no added sugars. Reach out if you need a full ingredients list.

Meals are a generous portion for one person, and are created with lots of seasonal, organic, and local ingredients when available.

Meals come as they are described. No changes. If you have any food allergies, please let me know.

Rather than calories, my meals are based on a healthy way of preparing them; using a combination of animal protein + vegetables + healthy fats, and sometimes fruit. The total weight of each meal is between 12-14oz., containing 4 oz. of animal protein.

Meals can be reheated in the microwave, oven, toaster oven, and stove top.

Microwave: Meals can be heated directly in the container, with the lid off, and covered by a paper towel. Remove garnishes and portioned sauce containers. Cover and heat 2-3 minutes, depending on microwave.

Oven/toaster oven: Remove garnishes and portioned sauce containers. Meals can be reheated in their containers with the lid off at 325 degrees until hot, on the center rack.

Stove top: Heat cast iron pan on medium heat. Add 1-2 tablespoons of avocado oil/coconut oil/ghee to pan. Empty contents into pan and cover. Heat over medium heat until thoroughly hot. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water if needed.

Every person is unique in what they need. Education is my priority with you. I believe that with education, you can gain understanding, and then use that to apply wisdom in making healthy changes for life.
Typically in the first month, we have the original consultation and Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA) test, the grocery tour, and a follow-up consultation a week after you begin the new program. If you need more check-ins during the month we will have those, either by phone or in-person. At the 30 day mark of your nutrition program, we will repeat the BIA test. After this, many clients meet with me monthly, and as needed.
BIA will show us your body composition which makes up fat mass, lean body mass, fluid balance and general cellular health. It’s a great tool to test and see over time how the body responds well to nutrition. Body composition will improve with a healthy diet and exercise.
For the test you will wear comfortable clothing. I have you lie down face up, on a massage table fully clothed, and I place two electrodes on your bare foot, and 2 on your hand. I connect 4 wires to these electrodes, that feed into the machine. The test will run a very low frequency through the side of your body that has the electrodes- either right or left side. It’s a quick test- a few minutes.
I put the information into the software on my computer, show you the results, and print them off for you to keep.
We do this test in your first appointment, and clients typically do this monthly or every few months to see changes and help keep on track.

Trust me, yes. Knowing the products and meal ideas that are available to you that don’t contain the sugar, additives and typical junk, is invaluable. Again and again this is the feed-back I receive after the shopping tour. Clients are glad they invested their time and money in this. Plus, you gain the after-shopping email with the food list and links for recall and ordering. It’s a jungle out there …
